Deja Vu

Have you ever gone somewhere that you haven't been and feel like you have either come home or you recognize the area even though you have never been there??

Have you had a conversation with someone and you know exactly what they are going to say next??

There are many times in our life that we experience Deja Vu.   I like to think of them as check in points that I am on the right path or right experience.   I often have Deja Vu.   It usually gives me great comfort to know that somehow these experiences remind me that I am on track.

When I was 16 I was in a terrible car accident and although my injuries were minor (a broken arm and many cuts) not only had I predicted the accident and every ones injuries, days after I had an enormous presence of Deja Vu.   I had been awarded a Glider Pilots Scholarship.   I went down broken arm and all hoping to be able to continue my scholarship.  Unfortunately, I was taken to the blue room and I knew what was going to be said.  I had Deja Vu the whole day.  It was like I had a script before hand.   I could finish off sentences for everyone.  The Deja Vu was comforting to me....... the visions of the car accident and description that I had given everyone the day before not so much.

I often experience Deja Vu.   They come during good times and bad times.   Each time I know that the experience is there for me to know and the Deja Vu is just a check point letting me know that I will be OK and there is another lesson to be learned.   I don't always enjoy my lessons but I accept them and move along the course plotted out for me.

Deja Vu I call it my "Been there Done that" feeling and know whatever comes my way it will be fine.

Today is a Full Moon

Its a full Moon today.   So what does that mean???  If you've set intentions on the new Moon, the full Moon is the time for releasing them out to universe.

With the new Moon its time to make a wish list and work on them.   With the Full Moon its time to release the energy.  For example  "I will focus my energy toward gaining abundance and I will release the things that have held me back.”   When the new moon came you focused on how you would achieve abundance and with the Full moon you surrender to the moon and let go of unhealthy behavior and patterning.  The Full Moon encourages us to let go of the things we no longer need in our life as it clears negativity and allows for positive manifestation and divination for the upcoming month.

So how do we release??   There are several ways you can write down things on paper and create a Full Moon Ritual to release by either burying your paper or you can have a ritual fire and burn your paper.  I prefer the burning (might be the pyromaniac..... in me I tend to enjoy making a big fire, as most of my friends know) the bigger the better and toss that paper in fire and watch the release as it goes up in flames.  I see that it is gone and know that it has been dealt with.

So join me tonight have a fire and release some of our old patterns and look forward to the new Moon in August.  Get your Wish List ready for the New Moon..... I have already started mine.

Summer

Then followed that beautiful season... Summer....
Filled was the air with a dreamy and magical light; and the landscape
Lay as if new created in all the freshness of childhood.
-- Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

The summer night is like a perfection of thought.
-- Wallace Stevens

In summer, the song sings itself.

Hug a Tree :: Are you Grounded

Are you grounded?

Do you feel as if sometimes you are floating around aimlessly?

Possibly you are trying to get ahead and you just can't seem to get going in a forward motion.

Maybe its time to HUG A TREE!

It has been a long time since I have had a reading with someone and told them that they needed a 'Tree Hug'. And why would I tell someone to hug a tree?  Well, when we are not grounded we loose our focus, our sight, and our dreams. We start to doubt or not believe in ourselves.  We allow other peoples beliefs or views to taint our beliefs. We tend to shift our focus and give up on the 'dream' that we have been working so hard to achieve.

Grounding keeps you in place. Grounding takes the earths energy and keeps you energized; it keeps your feet in place so that you can stand your ground and look forward to visualize the outcome. So why do we tend not to stay grounded?   Many people do not know that they should be grounded and some people forget to be grounded.  Many people don't feel they deserve it or simply forget to do it.

Here is a Grounding Excercise ::

Go outside and wrap your arms around a tree. Make it a big one, don't be shy......maybe an big old oak tree will work.  Feel its strength. Look at its roots and feel how deep the roots are into the ground. Feel the tree's strength and imagine how it has weathered storms. Imagine how the tree has avoided the lightning strikes, imagine how the tree continued to grow and how it is reaching for the sky.

Now pretend that you are that tree.  Feel your strength. Grow those roots and  reach for the sky.   Start each day deciding to be grounded.   You will weather the storms. You will avoid the lightning strikes. You will grow. You will be strong. You will be like the mighty oak tree.

So go ahead, don't be shy.
HUG that TREE and GROW YOUR ROOTS.

Grateful Mondays

I am GRATEFUL that there are people who protect the children of the world.   Specifically child trafficking which has become a world wide epidemic.   I am glad that individuals that will stand up to government and force child protection laws to be implemented.

I am GRATEFUL there are people that will go into small villages around the world to put programs in place to educate, feed, inoculate children.

I am GRATEFUL there are people who recognize that our children are our future.

Crystal Healing :: CITRINE

The last few months have been challenging for me--- to say the least.    My world is quickly changing, for the better of course, but while my guides are busily reorganizing my life - my cash flow has been interrupted.   I know that they are altering the course of my direction.   When you allow spirit into your world amazing things will happen and doors will fly open.   In my case, however,  I throw in rules and regulations and boundaries which ultimately blocks the process of my moving forward.  (Might be the red haired temper and control issues)   I get that the road blocks are due to my institution of the rules..... but I have a conscience that says I have prior commitments that I should look after before I abandon ship.   Makes sense to me.   However, my guides, have their obvious objections to my rules and ultimately slow down my income from my present employment.   When I can fit in my readings they show me that they are very prosperous.

So I thought to myself how am I going to change this - trust in this - believe enough in myself to do this and take the leap.    Well - firstly I need to be grounded.  Next I needed to remove the negativity that I have surrounded myself with and clear my crown chakra so that I might allow spirit to guide me.   Sounds easy doesn't it.   Not quite.   How on earth was I going to accomplish this.   I was stuck.  Scared and afraid to take the next step.   Sure I have somewhere now to do my readings.   However, how will I promote them.   The last two weeks my computer has been on the fritz.   My telephone was out of order for almost two weeks until they could put a new line in.   (Alot of my cottage work is by telephone) Oh did I mention that is not the direction my guides wanted me to go AND did I mention a lot of my cottages have sold in the last year cutting my work load into a third.  So how am I going to change this.

I went to my cupboard and noticed my crystal bag was open.   I enjoy playing with my crystals so I opened my case and the first crystal that fell into my hand was Citrine.   I couldn't let go of it.   So I thought its time to learn about Citrine today.   I pulled out my book called "The Crystal Bible"by Judy Hall and opened the  to Citrine.   "Carrying the power of the Sun.....'    I need the sun I could feel my energy is low.   "It absorbs, transmutes, dissipates and grounds negative energy.'   I was on a roll!!  What else could this delicious little stone do for me???  It is one of the Stones of abundance it teaches you how to manifest and attract WEALTH, PROSPERITY AND SUCCESS.   It is a happy stone filled with sunshine what was I waiting for.   I put this stone in my wallet straight away.   I called a friend who is just starting a business and told her to get this stone put it in her register and keep one in her purse.

Since doing this on Saturday, my world has shockingly changed.   Again as I previously stated my old job is quickly phasing out.   My new line for my telephone was buried on Monday.  I have had several calls for readings.   A great friend  helped me with my computer which enabled me to let people know about my exciting changes.   I can now work on my blog which empowers me.   I feel like I am a football making the field goal.   I can see past the money and know that my obligations will be looked after and I have been able to move back into that state of TRUST.   I grudgingly removed my rules and regulations and will let the doors open for me.

My next stop will be to pick up some more of this wondrous stone.    I need to have some on me to pass along.   Its a little stone of Sunshine and I now keep it in my wallet.

Who Inspires You?

Have you ever stopped to think about who inspires you?

Who is the person that exemplifies the person that you would like to be?

Is there a notable personality that you think 'boy, I would like to be like that'.

Years ago I had an incredable boss that inspired me to get to know my inner self. He taught me to look to the future and create my future.   I remember thinking he was a little crazy, how could I create and control my future?

Each visit he would leave an assignment for me to do. The first assignment was to find a picture  of someone who I would like to be like. "Remember," he said, "you must look at the whole picture and explain to me why you would like to have that picture as your mentor".  Crazy I thought, now why would I need that.  So I did.  I found someone that was a mover and shaker in the business world.   Heck at the time I was only a counter attendant.  Where did you see yourself in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 3 years, and then 5 years? Include personal goals and write down everything that you want.

At the three month mark I wanted to be a supervisor, then in six months a manager and in twelve months I wanted the regional job. My dreams included a three year marker with the corporate job in my pocket, and in five years time I wanted a new house.

My boss had me read the works of Steven Covey. My motto became WIN WIN or NO DEAL :: the bottom line was I wanted a new car.  I did achieve those goals, each and every one of them. The interesting  thing was he had me start by writing out my goals and put them in separate envelopes which he mailed to me after the time frames of commitment.  The amazing thing was how close I was in each area. It was that I created my own future.

The sad thing was that he left our company and I missed his teachings. Because of him I became aware of manifesting my own destiny. The last few years I have gotten out of the habit of creating my destiny but relying on the universe to provide me with one.   The universe is there for us to capture. We have to implement the plan and reach out for it, it does not fall into our laps.

I waited for a long time for this to happen, but it just never happened.   Big sigh!   I have the right tools, I just forgot to use them.

I have forgotten to set goals for myself.

Someone asked me a week ago, "how do you measure success".  I laughed kind of embarrassed to tell them how I know that I have had a sucessful day. It is generally a great day when I leave the house clean, my vehicle is clean and all my jobs for the day are complete with paperwork filed and away.
It's silly. Its not about the money I earn, its about what I accomplish and how good I feel about the day. I have my 'work days' and then I have my reading days. And I love doing my Readings. I feel energized, excited for my day and I love the people I am with.   Each time there are different faces different stories and many experiences.

How do you measure success?  Are you in a job that you are excited to go to?  Or do you feel like me sometimes that we get on that merry go round and we can't get off. Sometimes we are afraid to take the leap to the job that gives us the most pleasure and satisfaction.

So have you had someone that inspired you?  Someone that made you reach for the stars and get to the next plateau of your life. I have been fortunate to have many people that have encouraged me to reach for the stars; the list is many but the first was that special boss. He helped me see that I can do anything and I can create my future.

The best thing was after year one taking this approach I got my new car. So again, I am chanting WIN WIN or NO DEAL ------BOTTOM LINE I WANT A NEW CAR.
I am going to have my new car and I even have the time line now.   I have my letters ready to go in the mail.
